Staffing Philosophy

Each member receives state and annual training. It is a combination of computer based and hands-on learning. Our teachers provide a positive and inviting environment that focuses on the child’s needs. Our disciplinary philosophy allows children to use comfort items and body breaks as needed. We a have a dedicated space for children who have earned or simply need a quiet zone before joining back with the classroom. Positive reinforcement is a large part of how our teachers communicate with the children. We partner with Sanford Children’s in regards to challenges situations, training, and parent referrals as needed.
